Cadillac Mountain is the tallest mountain in Acadia National Park and for several months of the year, the first place in the USA where you can see the sun rise. The views from the summit are spectacular at any time of the year or any time of the day and itโs one of the most popular places in Acadia National Park.
A road takes you all the way to the top. However, to help reduce congestion, thereโs a reservation system in place for several months of the year. And you canโt drive up the mountain without a reservation.
In this guide, I break it all down for you so youโll understand when you need a reservation and exactly how to get one.ย
