Iโm going to say this right up front: it is not a secret that I love U.S. national parks. (I may have built an entire website around them.) And yes โ Arches National Park is one I absolutely adore. If you want to know more about what others think, check out the Bad Arches National Park Reviews.
But the internet? The internet has thoughts.
These reviews often paint a different picture of this beloved park.
Apparently, Arches is a terrible place that isnโt worth the effort to get there.
So, in the spirit of public service โ and because I needed a good laugh โ I went digging through the most ridiculous one-star reviews of Arches National Park on Yelp and TripAdvisor and gathered the absolute best of the worst.
These are the bad Arches National Park reviewswritten by people seemed to be personally offended by heat, gravity, crowds, geology, and the general concept of being outdoors.
Some are angry.
Some are confused.
Some clearly expected a theme park with shade, valet parking, and a snack bar at every overlook.
Iโve compiled them all right here for your enjoyment.
Read on โ and see if you can make it through without laughing, face-palming, or wondering how on earth these people planned this trip.

I would do no stars cause this place is worthless.ย

Mostly a vast nothing โฆ Couple holes in the rocks. Donโt see what the big deal is.ย

Maybe theyโre holes in rocks, but theyโre stull beautiful.

Arches National Park was a bit of a letdown. We did walk to a couple of the arches โฆ but both of the arches were not what we expected.ย

It makes one wonder โ what were they expecting??

Honestly, I thought thereโd be more arches. Like, arches as far as the eye could see. Itโs called ARCHES National Park. Are there formations as far as the eye can see? Sure. But then call it Formations National Park. Or A Few Arches Scattered Over Thousands of Acres National Park. Donโt come expecting every arch to look like the one on the license plate, because itโs one of the few thatโs impressive. This place gets one star because the name is seriously misleading.ย

I mean, the park does have the largest concentration of natural arches in the world โ over 2,000!

Delicate Arch looks like it might fall over at any time. It might fall over in the future. Doesnโt look anything like the license plate.ย

Maybe thatโs why itโs called โDelicateโ Arch?

For the entire time individual by individual, or small number by small number of narcissistic, selfish people posed right in front of the arch for their personal photo. โฆ This situation is potentially dangerous as well. Any physical altercation between people with different perspectives about this could easily lead to serious injury or death if someone were shoved over a ledgeโฆ Left in frustration and wonโt be back.ย

I was lucky to take this photo without any people โ but itโs not surprising that people want to take a photo with it.
